Buying a house is a huge decision, even more so when it happens to be in a different state to where you usually reside. My wife and I headed to Tasmania to look at a few properties that we had previously organised. We had looked at the house managed by Terri, however determined that it was going to be out of our price range, so did not bother arranging an inspection. After arriving in Tasmania however, I gave Terri a call as we were going to be nearby inspecting another property. Call was placed on late Tuesday afternoon, and even though she was just heading off on holidays, she arrange for one of her colleagues, Thomas to take us through this house along with another on the Wednesday. We inspected and loved the house, and Thomas continuously followed up and kept us informed over the next week or so as our offer was being considered, obviously in constant contact with Terri during this time. As we continue to work though the final process to settlement, Terri is keeping us up to date in regards to progress and the current situation in Tasmania.
