Terri communicated really well regularly. Continued to keep an eye on things even while on holidays. Terri went above and beyond by helping with my purchase as well. Being of a mature generation without internet and printer, Terri was always willing to print and email anything required whether it was for my sale or for my purchase which Terri really had nothing to do with.
