I have found some agents usually give sellers unrealistic promises for the selling price of their properties from the beginning. Of course, they are not able to sell them. Then, modify the price and fail, modify again and fail again, just to wast sellers' time. But Terrilee seems different. She usually put realistic prices on the market for the properties she are gonna to sell. So her properties usually won't last for a long time on the market. How did she convince sellers to accept the prices she had advise to them is unknown to me. But I would like to relate it to her super communication skill with sellers.
