Thank you Terry, you have the best market knowledge. You sale to me the house I needed. As a buyer I need a communication with you until my settlement but very hard to contact you. 42 days settlement and waiting about two weeks after deposit paid. But it was over. I am happy with my new house (except back door, it is not fix yet until now) I asked from the beginning building inspection. Thank you Andrew Doughty to fixed the tab water and kitchen cabinet's door.
