The sale took a long time to come about in a difficult selling environment but once the eventual buyers showed an interest Angela and Terry worked well as a team to secure the sale with a buyer with high and perhaps unrealistic expectations for the price he was offering. To All concerned about selling their home and what agent to appoint. For many years I thought about selling our family home, but it all seemed a bit overwhelming. Would I get the price I wanted? would I get an agent that understood my needs? what would I need to do to the house in order to get my price ? I had three agents come and give me their thoughts. I went with Terry and Angela. At all times they put in 100% from the very beginning. Any issues were addressed as a team. Photos were taken, they were there. They did not just let the guy in but helped move things around and insisted in taking the best shots over and over . Always on time every time, followed up with potential buyers, always able to get hold of them. Reported straight after each home open with a phone call. (Not a text!) I never felt that anything was too much trouble through the whole process. They even got quotes for me on minor repairs that were required to sell the home. When the building inspector report was done, yes they were there and that took hours!! I went out for a coffee. :-) Same with the final inspection of the property. Every we met with Terry and Angela we felt we were with people who cared about us and getting the best outcome for the sale of our house.
