We were recommended by family and friends to use Terry. We had seen some of the work that Terry and his team had done and decided to use him for the sale of our home. In the short time our house was on the market Terry and his team kept us up to date and answered all our questions in a timely matter. The result we achieved was above and beyond anything we expected. We do not think our result would have been achieved with another agent. Terry was lovely to deal with as I had dealt with him previously in work dealings. I dealt with Natasha, his offsider mainly. They worked together well resulting in a quick sale. In fact, they sold my house after the first inspection. It started off very well. I didnt have anything to do with Terry once sold. I felt bullied a bit to grant a second inspection after signing so the purchaser could measure, normally done at a final inspection. I was made to feel that Natasha was working more for the purchaser rather than me and I was paying their costs. The inspections were good,save for a door being left unlocked after the first day. The final inspection which I was again bullied to grant ( I had informed Natasha when the second one was done that I was treating that as their final inspection... I gave the final anyway) resulted in doors being left unlocked and my oven left on at maximum tenperature. Yes a purchaser should test all the appliances but they should be turned off. My gripe with this is mainly because I was not due home for a couple of hours after the inspection. It was negligent and careless. I was very upset and the legality involved with potential insurance claims could have resulted in the contract being rescinded. Thankfully it was not as there was no damage. The agent's follow up and response I feel was inadequate. Settlement has occurred and strangely there was no follow up communication once they (the agent) were advised of settlement. Earlier, the office phoned seeking a review from me of the services to secure an offer. Post settlement no communication sadly. I do recommend Terry as an agent for his local knowledge of the area and his professionalism but I do suggest improved communication and care be taken after a contract is signed and settlement occurs. Particularly as the agent is acting for a vendor. I see it all too often that an agents role can be misconstrued as acting for a purchaser once the contract is signed and money paid.

Terry, was the Consummate Professional. From Start to Finish , Terry was approachable, knowledgeable but most of all honest & Sincere in his advice. He's also supported by a Great Team at Ray White , Lara.
