Though through this review, I'm providing my feedback for working with Terry as Real Estate agent but the way I have followed the market in Lara and interacted with multiple agencies and agents, the way I have seen him running the show and negotiation run by Terry, he should not be measured by a scale from 1-10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. He is as per my opinion beyond the scale. You can take my word for it as I was at the receiving end for 4 times. :-) He works only and only for Vendors best interest that's why if I'm planning to sale anything in Lara and surrounding, I will come back to him. Natasha, on the other hand is absolutely fabulous to work with. Down to earth, very particular about the details, very time sensitive, straight forward. I have no hesitation in recommending Terry Cleary as your real estate agent if you are considering selling. Terry is professional, communicates clearly, seeks to understand what you are wanting to achieve and by when, shows empathy and understanding if it is required, and most importantly, uses his many skills to provide you with the best selling price possible. It is rare these days to obtain such a high level of customer service, but based upon my experience from the 2 houses that Terry has sold for me, he provides that is spades.
