From our first meeting on 29 September 2015 to accepting an offer with a cooling off period ending on 24 December 2015, the sale process went according to plan. Terry's comments during the sale process assisted us present our property the way it appeared on the website. We feel we could not have presented the property better. There were a few small annoying matters, such as errors in the description of our property on the website, but we were probably the only people who noticed these errors. The open house inspections supervised by Terry were attended by some prospective buyers, and the expected batch of "brick lickers" and "tyre kickers". After each open house we were provided with timely feedback which Merilyn read in detail, but Ivan did not. Ivan was interested to see that new groups of people were turning up to inspect the property at each inspection. This gave us confidence that a sale might be achieved before Christmas!
