During the run up to our auction we encountered some bumps. The market seemed to be declining and numbers weren't as high as hoped. Terry walked into the situation, read the room in terms of market and potential buyers. Soon after Terry made the demand and interest and we sold prior to auction for above reserve. We bought and sold through Terry and on both ends he told it how it was and I felt happy with the service he and Ray White Lara gave. 10/10 would recommend for buyers, sellers, land lords and tenants.
