Terry made what would have been a very stressful event actually enjoyable. His continual communication and relaxed nature put me at ease during the duration of the process. Terry was honest with his answers, gave excellent advice and was very responsive with the endless questions I had as a first time buyer. Mum and dad were very impressed also, and he took our collective needs into consideration.
