Terry delivered the best outcome that I could ever have dreamt He went far and beyond to reach that outcome. This could only have been successful from his local knowledge and wisdom from years of doing his job. Thanks Terry you were great!

Terry was so personable and professional at the same time. As older buyers who hadn't purchased for many years, he guided us through the process, extremely well. We would highly recommend Terry Deefholts.
Terry has sold both of our houses - within days of them going to market. He takes the time to get to know his clients - both vendors and purchasers. As a result he offers excellent service. His knowledge of the market is excellent and I would highly recommend him as an agent!
Terry gave us the push we needed to actually list our property as the task felt overwhelming. He did a market valuation, of which the final selling price exceeded the valuation. He had all the paperwork in order and our Solicitor was sent all the relevant documentation. Since we had not sold before Terry explained all the proceedures clearly and in an understandable manner. Terry was very enthusiastic and had potential buyers viewing the property one after another. From previous property sales he already had interested people in mind. It was all very exciting at the time, and a lot quicker than we thought. That is why the settlement was 90 days as we needed time to organise our exit. If I was to sell a property again I would go to Terry first, as he made the experience less stressful than I thought it would be.
Our journey begins on one cool winters morning. Terry was the third hopeful (real estate agent) to grace my steps that morning. All jousting for the right to hold the fair maidens hand of my house on Mary St, Grafton. Hot in tow was the young squire, Olivia, who already oozed the allure of professionalism beyond her years. Carefully clutched in her hands was an unassuming colour foldout, gleaming with all kinds of facts, figures and persuasive arguments as to why Elders should be my knight in shining armour. There was no trickery here. Just a truthful exchange amongst the honest and brave. Now how did Terry and Olivia take the trophy I hear you ask? Was it their dashing good looks? Good cop bad cop? The old one, two? No. It was an instant sense of trust and respect. In a game where lying, cheating and stealing is perfectly legal, encouraged and often celebrated, trust is an absolute rarity. It probably helped that there were some donkey’s in the race too; you know the kind I mean, those who couldn’t be trusted to sharpen a sword... let alone sell a house. History has written itself on the scroll of time, and on the exchange of contracts, and now with the advantage of hindsight I can say with confidence that the right decision was made that day. I’d recommend the team to anyone selling in Grafton. I was happy with my experience, and likely walked away with more money in my pocket than I otherwise would have without them. I bid you adieu, thank you.
