Terry helped the reviewer sell this property

Persistent and patient

Terry got the likely sale price right a year out, and hung in there with us until we got that. He was prepared to take numerous prospects up the hill, literally, to see the extent of our block, and advised us wisely throughout. He, and we, may have been lucky in hindsight that we went to market when we did, and exchanged and settled when we did. But he helped make that luck. Thanks, Terry!
