Attentive, knowledgeable, reliable and a GREAT communicator. I sold my investment property through Terry and he knows his craft back to front, and gave me wonderful advice to achieve the best result. He was proactive, interested, an expert in the local property area, and a great listener to meet my expectations. He no doubt had a range of properties on his books at the time, but he always gave me and my sale campaign an equal amount of attention and focus. And we got a brilliant result for all parties!
