Great service and trusted advice

We trusted Terry to sell our home of 45 years and he was true to his word that he would take of us. Picking Terry as our Agent was easy because we felt we knew him after many years of friendly calls and visits. Throughout the whole process, he kept us informed of progress with regular calls and emails. Terry was well organised with excellent plans for the eventual auction. We always felt valued and included in the process which reflects Terry's professionalism and friendly service. On auction day, we were amazed at the turnout with over 20 bidders registered. The house was full of people interested in buying and that was down to Terry's promotion and advertising work. He left no stone unturned and it showed in the massive turn out on the day. As to the final price - wow. Amazing result which was beyond our expectations. A massive thank you to Terry and his crew for the amazing work they did in supporting us selling our home.
