Terry assisted with the paperwork when I purchased my property and therefore could attest to the effort and renovations that had been executed over the seven years. Terry is old school and prefers not to dazzle you with unnecessary sales banter but hits from the hip. He decided on the price range and it was higher than a price I received from a random agent. Terry kept a hand written spreadsheet with buyers details and notes to know whether they were worthy of pursuing or not. That being said he hung in there where most agents would have approached the client for a reduction in price he was not swayed.
