We lived close to Terry and so requested for a market valuation. Terry arrived promptly and professionally carried out the work. Soon after we were presented with the relevant options (marketing etc) and we signed up. The pictures were taken at the agreed time and the house went on sale on Thursday evening. Saturday we had the first viewing and around 4pm we had the first offer and it was higher than we had ever expected. Needless to say we accepted and everything was done. Simply put our experience with Terry and KR Peters has been very straight forward, simple and never had any doubts. Very helpful, quick response and flexible.

Terry was pleasant and kept us in the loop during the buying process. He seemed new to the Real Estate Industry and was unsure of a number of processes and points throughout. However, he always sort out the required information and followed up with us which was much appreciated. Wether or not it was the case, we felt that Terry was not completely honest with us regarding who else was interested in the property and potentially putting in an offer. For example, the first inspection of the property had only two viewers of which we were the only one interested, as the other couple clearly indicated it dis not meet their needs. When we put in an offer, another person 'apparently' was also putting in an offer which seemed rather dishonest to us and a tactic to drive up the price. It felt that Terry was looking out more for the vendors than the purchaser. Overall we are happy with the place we purchased, and everything was sorted in the end. With more experience and transparency, I believe Terry could create a seamless and enjoyable experience for both the vendors and the purchasers. We wish him all the best.
