Terry, as part of Nicole Bragg's team, sold our property in five days for the price we hoped to achieve. Property on the current market in Cairns does not sell it's self and Terry provided us with a well thought out and innovative plan, that was realistic and obviously very successful. His advice was accurate , and he was very forth coming, which not every real estate agent is prepared to be. Overall our recommendation to anyone in Cairns is to list with Nicole Bragg, and to request Terry as your agent.

My husband and I were happy with Terry and the end result. Great guy , we had alot of faith and trust in him. Terry is very skilled and professional person. Top guy☺

My wife and I interviewed three agents prior to selecting Terry Loftus to act for us. He immediately impressed us with his enthusiasm, experience, knowledge of market trends and a general can-do approach to selling our property. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole marketing and open-house process and we were confident that we would get a positive result. Our wishes were realised when we achieved a sale at a price we were happy with in what appeared to be a softening market. Other houses in our area, which had been advertised for sale weeks and months before our property, remained unsold weeks after our success. We would highly recommend Terry to any prospective clients.

I found Terry Loftus of Bragg Real Estate to be the best I have had dealings with and would recommend Terry to anyone considering putting their property on the market in Cairns.

We had troubles selling our house last year but after changing agents to Terry he was able to sell it within 3 weeks. He is very professional and knows the industry very well. My husband and I recommend him to anyone.
