As far as agents go, Terry is streets ahead of all the others i have sold with. In past experiences i have had this same property de listed, no feed back, been told lies, offered verbal contracts, and the list goes on. Terry got on with the job and achieved an excellent price. excellent work without the bullcrap and lies. some agents should stop writing their own reviews and get on with the job of looking after their clients.

Terry was a credible and believable agent, (which by previous experience with other agents/agencies) is a great asset. Terry is both affable and knowledgeable, not only of the above listed skills and knowledge, but in our case; his knowledge of the local area was exemplary. I rated negotiation as slightly lower, but this is not because of his skills; this was because we accepted our first offer, which he had encouraged from the get-go with the buyer, so negotiation was not needed as such.
Dealing with Terry was a great experience. Agents these days seem to place and ad and wait for the phone to ring, but Terry still has the traditional approach of opening his properties and showing people through.
