I originally had a conversation with Teza in August 2021 about a property he had sold not far from mine to see how much it was sold for. I mentioned that I was considering putting my property on the market. Teza went on to what I thought was the typical sales pitch, telling me my property was well sought after by investors and that he would have it snapped up at a good price in no time. By the end of my conversation with Teza I had decided that when I was ready to go on the market I would list it with him to see if he could actually "walk the talk." Teza kept in contact with me after that to keep me updated on what was happening with the market. Teza sent me a text on 05/12 telling me he had a lot of interest in my property and he needed to take photo's to send to interested investors. I advised him that I was away and he could have access to the house 13/12/2021 (I had put a lot of barriers up around putting my property on the market, no signs for advertising and access to the property was only when I was home. Teza took all these barriers in his stride and worked with them), at 10.30am Teza arrived took the photo's, didn't give me any indication of a price, asked me what price would put a smile on my face, I told him $450,000, thinking I was being totally unrealistic but also thinking "lets see how good he is now". I also said he needed to have a contract for me by Wednesday as I was going away. At 1.15pm Teza phoned me and said he had something to show me. I was intrigued to say the least as I thought there is no way he could have a contract already. He sure did, totally unconditional, $450,000 and 60 day settlement that didn't put me under any pressure, ALL IN UNDER 3 HOURS. Well Teza you're not the typical salesman that I thought, you are true to your word and I thank you for that. In the time that I had been communicating with Teza he was always very respectful and considerate of my busy lifestyle. Selling? Give Teza the opportunity, he's your man.
