Form 6 Agreement for the sale Jan 13th, contract signed Feb 3, settlement March 17. From the initial contact, property inspection & valuation, to when the property settled, I can't fault Teza in any way. Teza looked after the seller interest as well as satisfy the buyer requirements, a win-win. Sold few properties in the past, have to say selling with Teza is the most pleasant & stress free experience. If I have another property to sell in Logan, I will definitely use Teza again.
