Thai was very helpful throughout the journey and always willing to help us to understand the processes. He always gave us good advice. We found the rest of his team equally pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had some bad experiences with another company (uninvited) harassing us day and night and it was a great relief to us to find someone who was willing to wait until we said we were ready to talk business.
