Thanh is such a great guy, he helped us alot during the buying process and was very responsive with the phone call. Thanh is approachable & knowledgeable, we are beyond grateful!”. I would highly recommend him.
Thanh made the process very easy, he was extremely approachable and helpful with all aspects from siging the contracts to settlement. I will definitely be recommending Thanh in the future.
Selling a property brings plenty of ups and downs. Not only did I want an agent who would market the property at least as much as they marketed themselves, I also wanted someone to deliver news, good or bad, calmly and compassionately. Thanh ultimately guided the deal through smoothly. What impressed me even more was his after-sales service to the buyer, and his ability to truly work out a win-win-win.
The process was very easy, from first contact to settlement (literally). Demonstrating knowledge and patience at times proved the right recipe to successful transaction .
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Thanh while looking for our property.Very prompt, sincere and easy to deal with lots of guidance provided through out the process.highly recommended.
