What an experience!! We recently bought a property that was managed/sold by Theesan. It was a slightly complex sale due to vendor being overseas. Theesan was highly professional and courteous from the very first interaction. He was open and honest about the sale process and complexities involved with the overseas seller. We were kept fully informed through the whole process. Additionally, Theesan went over and beyond to give us an opportunity to arrange inspections / renovation quotes before settlement, which has extremely helped us with timely renovations. During settlement, we again faced unexpected delays but Theesan showed his outmost professionalism by resolving the matter within an hour, whilst he was away overseas on holiday.
