I have dealt with many agents in the past, as a developer and investor and I liked Themy's straight forward approach. Ironically, he started off advising me not to sell our investment unit as he felt the market for my property would improve in the next year or so. Indeed he maybe proven correct, but we wanted to sell for other reasons. We have found his management excellent through out. Just the right level of marketing in the first place, (not unnecessary marketing that really just promotes the agent). We also found he gave us the right level of contact through out to keep us informed during this difficult COVID 19 period. In the end he managed to get a fair price for the property, which is probably all should ever expect. I would certainly use Themy again.
