Life is a challenge.

As my mother's health began to fade...and options for her ongoing care came in to focus.. We realized that it was time for her to be placed in aged care permanently. A challenging time for all...especially Mum. Having never experienced this, I was overcome by the amount of paperwork and the incredible cost of the process. Financially, emotionally and physically. We needed to sell her apartment. .and we needed to do so immediately. Themy had helped us through the sale of our family home back in 2016 and I knew he was the right agent for the job again. In a market where things were "off the boil"..with a downturn in growth on apartment purchases..Themy and his team were extremely efficient. .always available. .and very supportive through the entire process. Achieving a sale price..above expectation. .and before auction. The only time I spoke to Themy's voicemail...is when he was in surgery having his arm operated on. Thanks again Themy.. and although mum doesn't speak much anymore..she thanks you too. Cheers brother..
