Got told I was getting a professional in to fix,service and replace the sprinklers and retic but the owner did it and said he fixed it which was all S***. I DIDN'T spend $330,000 for nothing

When first meeting Theo we thought maybe he was a bit young to deal with what we were asking of him, we soon change our minds when he bought us all the paper work showing us different properties in our area for sale so we could decide which way to go,. The advertising on our property was beyond what we expected & Theo was always there if we had a questions & one main thing , he alway returned calls, He has a strong sense of right so this will stand him in good sted for his future in the Real Estate Business

We recently purchased a block of land where Theo was the selling agent. Without Theo's negotiation skills I don't think this sale would have got across the line. Theo represented his sellers interests and managed to convince us to increase our initial offer (something we very rarely do) but when he realised that we would not go any higher then he was able to negotiate to the seller that our increased price was final. We were quite impressed with Theo's knowledge of the local market and the way he represented his clients. If we were to buy/sell again then Theo would be our first point of contact.

Theo is a hard working person with great communication skills and we appreciate and are glad we chose him to sell our property. He is a good advocate for Harcourts because he was always professional and knowledgeable of real estate and he conversed with us regularly with updates and advice to sell the property.
