Theo took control of everything, very proactive and responsive keeping us well informed at all times. After my father died we needed a quick sale of his rental apartment. Within 1 week, Theo had arranged all repairs/maintenance, painting, cleaning, furniture rental, photos and advertising. Throughout the following weeks we received constant updates and communication and always quick responses to emails. We always felt comfortable that things were taken care of and we were in good hands, right up to the final auction when the property sold above our expectations!
