From the first moment Theo walked through our house, we knew he was the right fit for us. The house was in a state, boxes everywhere, half completed renovations, etc, but Theo could see past all of that to see what we could see. He was very patient through our last minute rush to prepare the house for sale, and I think a little surprised we actually made it! That was then followed by a bit of a tricky sale, with our initial buyers falling through quite late, requiring us to go back to market well after we all thought it was a done deal. But again, Theo helped us through all of that, and we got us a quick sale, short settlement and a better price the second time around! Theo made the whole process very smooth and seamless, despite it being quite a difficult time for us. Would 100% recommend Theo.
