Theo is a terrific agent, he was honest and realistic from the outset and managed our expectations in regards to the sale of our property. His communication throughout the campaign was excellent and his knowledge of the area was evident which saw him bring the best people through.
Professional, great attention to detail and genuine care is why we chose Raine and Horne Bardwell Park. Thank you Theo for everything you did in making our sale a success.
Theo handled the process of the sale of my property very professionally and he made it look very easy As I had to make all the decisions by myself the sale of my property could have been very stressful He informed me of every steps we had to make. I would be very happy to recommend him to all my friends and family and I know that I will be contacting him for any further business I may have to sell my property Thank you Theo Mary Kovacs Woodfield
Theo was incredibly helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for Theo and he went beyond the duties required. I would personally recommend Theo to anyone wishing to sell their property. I can't speak highly enough of Theo's service and helpfulness throughout the entire sale process. He organised all the maintenance and contractors for us as we do not live in Sydney. All the contractors that he organised supplied a quality product and service. I would rate Theo's overall service at 11 out of 10. Thank you so much Theo for a job very well done. Cheers and all the best to you, Scott Ousby

The whole process was made very understandable and simple from our initial consultation right through to settlement. Theo always made himself available to provide us with his experienced advice and personable manner. We would be so proud to recommend Theo to our family, friends and the community. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Theo for his professionalism in running a successful campaign in which we achieved our target figure.
We engaged Theo Samos of R&H Bardwell Park to sell our mum’s home by auction. Theo was transparent from the beginning, clearly outlining and delivering on everything that was agreed upon for the marketing campaign in the lead up to the auction. His communication did not wane and he assisted greatly by recommending excellent trades people who helped to prepare mum’s home for the market. Auction day is when Theo and his entire R&H team enthralled our family by working their magic during the auction to achieve an outstanding result. Thanks to Theo & all of the R&H Team, our mum is moving on happily.
