We were looking for an agent who would recognise our homes full potential and listen to our concerns along the way. We definitely found that with Theo. He was happy to promote the features we felt strong in our house but gave his honest opinion if it was needed, respecting our wishes and maintaining our privacy and the security of our home throughout the whole process. Theo and Steve are exceeded our expectations not only with their service, but the price we achieved was spectacular. They are a credit to the real estate world and I would certainly recommend them and the team at Raine & Horne Bardwell Park to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

I would recommend Theo Samos

Absolutely brilliant from the start to the end. Theo was professional throughout the marketing campaign to the auction. His experience is his strength and his confident approach shines through to all the potential buyers he communicates with. I know this combination has positive results. I thoroughly recommend and give full trust in Theo's management on the sale of real estate.

Theo demonstrated great professionalism in his work as our agent. He strove to achieve the best market value for our property and always kept our considerations in mind. Theo's approach and marketing strategies proved successful in achieving a very astonishing result when selling our property, one which excelled beyond our expectations. His commitment to his clients does not go unnoticed. Theo led us honestly through the campaign and kept us informed of all feedback, both positive and negative. This gave us a piece of mind and made us aware of the overall marketing process and potential buyers. Theo was easily reachable and provided great communication and assistance. By way of summary, Theo is a professional, honest and hard working agent who will strive to satisfy his customers' expectations. He achieved an excellent result and we highly recommend him as an agent, if you are selling, renting or buying.

We came across Theo Samos through another website. He contacted us on a Sunday morning and by late afternoon we had contracted him to-sell our property. He came across as confident, knowledgeable and open. We believe Theo endeavoured to achieve our expectation of a sale in the current market. We would have no hesitatation in recommending Theo for any prospective buyer or seller of property.

Theo Samos is an excellent sales agent. Theo presented himself with professionalism at all times, even when we had the most insignificant question to ask, he treated it with great respect. Theo is very knowledgable of the area and the market, this was proven by the way he found other properties to compare ours to and the way he described them to us. Theo's marketing campaign was amazing. We were on a budget and Theo was able to accommodate us and still deliver the results. There wasn't a time that Theo didn't answer his phone or return our calls within minutes so as to discuss any concerns we had. His communication skills are very high and he was able to pass on both negative and positive feedback about our property with style. His negotiation skills were great and he really knew how to 'work the floor' at the auction. Overall Theo is a polite, respectful, honest, hard working man. We would highly recommend Theo and his agency to anyone and everyone looking to sell in the area. Thank you Theo and staff for all your hard work.

thank you so much Theo for getting us the result we wanted for the sale of our property, you were a true professional in the whole process. We look forward to working with you again. thank you, Sydney Freeholdings Pty Ltd

I found Mr Teo Samos very professional and always give me an update regarding the sale of the property. I have no hesitation to recommend him for future vendors.

We found Theo to be an excellent agent and are thrilled to have chosen him to sell our property. Theo gave all the information we needed to make an informed decision when we wanted to put our property on the market. He was down to earth, honest, and realistic in his advice and opinions. He was fully involved through the whole process from the photos, the advertising campaign and was always available to answer any questions. He was in constant communication with us through the whole time our property was up for sale, we always felt supported and informed. We would highly recommend Theo as an agent if your buying or selling a property. You wont find a better agent than Theo Samos!

Like most people, I am not in the habit of buying and selling houses regularly so I did not have an agent that I could turn to. Luckily I was privileged to have had Theo recommended to me by a colleague. The character traits exhibited by Theo, were exactly what I was looking for in an agent: Excellent communication: Theo was always available for any questions. He would provide us with regular updates re interest in the property, consumer price estimates, the number of contracts that had been sent and more. Presentation: Theo’s advice regarding some subtle changes to the presentation of the property meant that when it was marketed it was presented in a manner that would (and did) increase buyer interest. Theo’s advice was invaluable and I believe helped us extract the ultimate value for our home. Negotiation: Our settlement exceeded our expectations on the day. Theo has to take a significant amount of credit for this. He discussed a number of strategies for the day of Auction and had a number of options up his sleeve of which he would deploy depending on the interest, number of bidders etc. Honesty: Theo provided us with a number of options throughout the process and was always quick to highlight the positives and negatives from each one. This allowed me to make informed decisions along the way without feeling like I was being pressured to take a certain path. All in all, I advocate Theo’s services and believe that anyone who is privileged enough to have Theo manage the sale/purchase of their property is going to be extremely happy with the outcome. Having bought and sold properties in the past we were very nervous at the prospect having to find an agent to sell the biggest asset we've ever owned. Having picked the three best agents in our area to interview based on his presentation and a personal recommendation we choose Theo Samos of Raine & Horne Bardwell Park and we are so very glad we did. What stood about Theo and his team from the outset was that he was practical, realistic and honest with us about the state of our property and the market we were in. Theo was able to quickly assess the condition of our property and offer us practical and realistic advice on maximising the property's marketability. Indeed Theo stopped us from wasting time and money on changes that would not have made a material difference to the price we received. Theo helped us greatly in getting our property ready for sale particularly with the sourcing tradies. With Theo's contacts we were able to get the work done by quality and reliable tradies, quickly and at a reasonable prices. In a tough market not only did Theo get us a price we where more than happy with it was also exactly on the mark of what we'd discussed in our early meetings. We were particularly impressed with the way that Theo was able to soothe the fears of nervous buyers with his common-sense and professionalism. The whole time Theo was our agent we felt he was working for the best result for us and not just for a quick sale. We could not recommend Theo Samos of Raine & Horne more highly.

Theo was very thorough in communicating feedback from potential buyers, market evaluation and had very good trades people contacts. He worked very hard and the campaign was very successful. I would recommend him and use him again. His negotiating skills were magnificent and he was very honest.
