This presented the greatest value to our family by far, and we were not let down! Theo was very true to his word with the effort he puts in to selling the home. We never had to chase him as he always provided feedback at every step of the way. He was always the first to call. He patiently answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable and confident. Theo was open and honest with how the campaign was going. Theo worked extra hard during a market downturn, ensuring our property was put in front of the right people. Theo was able to garner his experience in the industry by providing recommendations throughout the process. Whenever someone made an offer on our property and helped us understand exactly why he recommends a certain strategy, ensuring both seller and potential buyer is happy. As a direct result of his recommendations, our property sold well above reserve and $200k above what other agents thought they could get. The way they run their auctions and just how hard his team works the floor on Auction night is phenomenal. He even arranged last minute live streaming for the event when the rain caused us to be flooded in on Auction day, preventing us from flying down from QLD.
