Why Choose Theo?

Selling a property can be a stressful time for most owners... This may have been the case for Theo though as he and his team were selling my wife's property and I am a real estate agent. We chose Theo and the team for a few reasons... His knowledge for the area meant he could give us upto date and accurate information allowing us to make informed decisions. Throughout the selling process we were always kept up dated whether it was good new or not. The best bit of advice I can give any owner thinking of selling or who is serious about selling is pick an agent like Theo. You don't want your agent telling you things you want to hear, you want them to be honest and that's exactly what Theo was. He told us things we may not have wanted to hear, however it allowed us to change things based on his recommendations and that in the end helped us get the result we wanted which was seeing a SOLD sticker put on our place.
