I found Theo the perfect agent to sell my property, he is not one of these try hard's that all they care about is having a successful image, listing and then forgetting about you. Theo is too busy servicing his client, I found his market knowledge second to none. Without this market knowledge I would have listed our house for $10,000 less than what he got for us. His is a real down to earth gentleman, who has a genuine passion for people and real-estate, I felt I could trust him straight away and he cared about me and my wife as actual people (not just a listing). All these quality's are very hard to find in an agent, and I am not easily impressed, and as a ex real-estate agent myself I know from first hand these type of people in the industry are rarer than hens teeth.
