She has a bright bubbly personality which inspires confidence. Nothing has been too much trouble for her even when my initial sale fell through. In my 70 years I have never experienced such amazing service with no stone or detail left undone. She has successfully arranged for me, an interstate move, and worked out the logistics and everything needed for a smooth transition, even to getting my pet relocated as well. Although she was professional in every way, I felt like she had become my friend or daughter.
