When the property was placed on the market it was well advertised and received offers quite quickly. I was given updates as offers were received and advised on prospective purchasers interest. Settlement had a minor hiccup on the purchasers finance arrangements which caused a slight delay but we were kept in the loop the whole time.

Therese set up the sale of our property which happened to take place over the Christmas period.
