Therese and Jodie were a breeze to work with, we had bought this properly through Ray White Cairns South originally about 8 yrs previously and all went well with that, so when it came time to sell we called the same team to take care of things again. The sale of this house was slightly challenging as we don't live in Cairns anymore so all correspondence, paper work etc had to be completed over the phone and by email, the house also had to be sold with rental tenants living at the premises, this presented some further challenges as the tennants weren't overly happy with the potential sale.
