Therese market knowledge was very good. The seller was difficult to deal with as I understand so I am sure she did her absolute best. I asked for information on use of the spa and that the inspection that was sold to me, the u inspector was happy to talk to me. It turns out he is not and I don't know how to use my spa which is a bit dissappointingTherese was very respectful and polite at all times and was very easy to deal with and she gave me a lovely gift.
