Having listed the property knowing it was a very niche market, we knew that it would take a while to sell. Therese (and Jodie) never gave up, week after week arriving for open homes and inspections. Finally, a buyer, and it all clicked into place. Therese made everything flow smoothly and settlement was effected without any problems. Words cannot express how fantastic Therese Plath was to myself and my family at one of the most stressful times in our life. Right from the beginning Therese and Jodie were warm, welcome and pleasant. Communication was always open and fantastic and professionalism was remarkable from start to finish. The process of us successfully buying this house was quite lengthy and took quite a few months (not the agents fault what so ever, this was due to our own personal circumstances).
