Meeting Jodie then Therese for a walk through prior to offer was very pleasant - no pressure at all; all through the signing of contract and obtaining finance approval, we were kept 'in the loop'. Everything was transparent. We got there and now just await the upcoming settlement. I would recommend Therese and Jodie for their pleasant and friendly manner.
