Therese was very professional and personable throughout our process of deciding which agent to use, getting advice on preparing the house for sale and giving honest regular reports on inspections and discussions with potential buyers. Therese keeps in touch frequently through the process and is quick to get back to you on requests, information and assistance, including dropping in to see how the painters are going. We were busy working and had a tight timeframe to prepare the house for the market so it was great to have someone overseeing the process leading up to listing on the market.
