We had a very good experience with Thi. She understood the real estate market very well and suggested we go for auction instead of private sale which is not what the local real estate agent is suggesting to us. We ended up go ahead with Thi and took all her advise on how to make our place presentable without spending too much money. Our campaign is very successful and attracted about 200 groups of people been thru the open for inspection and our place is sold with a happy price. Throughout the campaign, Thi is very easy to deal with and keep us posted with all the update, the way she works gave us a lot of confidence and this take away a lot of stress. Thi's fee is not the cheapest but I can say its definitely well worth it.
