Thilak always offered me insights into the trends in the market and encouraged me to go and visit comparable properties in the market to get a better understanding of where I sat. Thilak had a pretty good understanding of the market and how each property tracks despite them being sold through different real estate agencies. Whenever a new property enters the market, Thilak used to give me a quick call to bring that to my attention and tell me how much he thought it would eventually be sold (and most of his predictions turned out quite close). After I signed the contract with Thilak, with the other agent assisting him from the same real estate agency, came up with a strategy to sell my property. It clearly identified what we should do in each stage. I found it quite helpful as I had a requirement to sell my property sold within a certain period of time. He managed to bring in potential buyers even before my property was formally advertised (where two of them made offers that were not far from what I was expecting). Seeing the potential of my property to do better than that, Thilak prevented me from accepting the offers while keeping the two buyers in the fold. When the correct offer was received, Thilak was quick to grab it and vigorously worked on it. Thilak is friendly and professional and I highly recommend Thilak to anyone.
