My perspective is from the buyers side. Although I know his duty was to the seller, he was always engaged with me through the sales process. Helping make the sales process easier, whether it was recommending a professional conveyencer (his recommendation was fantastic!), assisting me procuring documents that my financiers required or being simply available for the bank valuers. It’s my second time buying a home and the 22nd move in my lifetime. I have had a fair share of agents cross our paths and most leaving an indifferent taste in our mouths.
