Very happy with level of support and communication during sale of my property

Thomas has recently helped us to sell our property. He's been very helpful when running viewings- giving us few hints and advise. He would always call us after each viewing to keep us updated,and when he didn't reach us, there were detailed voicemails waiting for us to listen to. He is very professional, friendly, easy to talk to and knows the current market. We couldn't ask for a better real estate agent.

Great service from this agency

Although I first met Thomas when he was with a competitor agency, I thought i'd give him a good go through Fletchers as Thomas had always struck me as a very competent, knowledgeable and 'no bull' sort of guy. In a time-poor world, Thomas always found the time and opportunity to communicate the progress of our sales campaign - be it good or otherwise. He and his team kept me informed, and he set reasonable expectations, which by the way were well and truly exceeded on auction day! Whether by phone call, email or texts, Thomas made sure I was kept up to date, and as a result I felt no hesitation in entrusting our sale to him and his team, well done mate.
