Thomas helped the reviewer sell this property

Fantastic agent from beginning to end!

We thought Thomas stood out among the other agents we interviewed prior to listing our home. We were right! The advertising he suggested was not only reasonable in price but presented our property in a fresh, eye catching way. During the process of selling our unique property, he showed he was on our side and never suggested we should opt for a quick sale, but instead to hang in there as he believed in the worth of the property. He exhibited the characteristics you want in an agent: trustworthy, reliable, well presented, good at regular feedback, and a great negotiator. It was refreshing to have someone who thinks outside the normal run of the mill real estate business as well as being genuinely a nice person. He and his wife Rhiannon make a wonderful team. We would encourage anyone thinking of selling to give them a call.
