Thomas and Vincent had the delicate task of coordinating the sale between essentially three parties, while Covid rules prevented them from being able to visit my grandmother within the care facility. Thomas was a skilled negotiator who discouraged offers below our desired outcome and pushed for the highest price. The sale was not rushed; many opens were held and we were notified of the attendees at inspections and any prospective buyers. The advertising campaign was amazing: her humble home promoted as a renovators delight with charm- the photos more than did it justice. We arrived at an outcome that exceeded our expectations with a higher sale price than a newer property two blocks behind it. This had us all thrilled. In all this, Thomas and Vincent had my grandmother’s best interests in mind, and communicated directly with her at every opportunity to explain the process and what needed to happen next. They went out of their way to ensure her wishes were being met as the true owner of the home.
