The agent told me that “he has VERY IMPORTANT MEETING” (I think he was going to meet Queen ) awful that can’t meet and hand over the keys As it was Friday and time was about 16:30 he will finish his duty by 17:00 we need to wait Monday ! I told him that We need keys to move-in property as I have 2 little kids we have no place the stay!!!! then he asked to me to come the Office get the keys, We agreed that As I was busy with mover asked my wife to go and grab the keys been informed by Thomas D'Agostino someone in the office will wait for us to handover keys but guess what as soon as my wife arrived the office they have NO Keys, no one has been informed Receptionist person doesn’t know anything about our settlement after multiple phone calls the keys were in the Flemington office that we can’t get the keys that day as its almost 5pm, Friday they wont wait for us and we need to go there on Monday ! These ppl are so unprofessional that it baffles me, had no duty of care Keys hasn’t been handover (missing keys) As we have purchased brand new property No manuals and Warranty papers of the Appliances No Security Code of the Security Alarm No Admin Password of the Intercom system Then decided to call top management get answers as you guess from Top Management was blaa-blaa-blaaa no resolution They have no integrity.
