He ensured that the house and garden were presented very well (including settlement day). His communication was regular, respectful, honest and transparent. Tom went the extra mile in visiting us twice (100k away) to discuss the property and to sign the paperwork as my husband and I were unable to. We were very happy with the sales price and we were over the moon with how quickly he sold the house. Tom sold us a property many years ago and was great to deal with so when we had another property we needed to sell he was our first choice. It was difficult time to enter the market (we missed the peak) and it was a longer process than expected but he never took his foot off the excelerator and when one of the contracts fell over he had another buyer within the hour of getting that news and they ended up being our buyer and got it across the line. Tom stayed in touch with us by keeping us up to date on each development and discussed strategies throughout to make sure we were comfortable with the direction of things.
