Thomas from the very first day was and extremely efficient communicator that outlined his expectations of the market and how we would go about selling our property. Throughout the entire campaign Thomas did all that he could to take as much stress out of an already stressful situation. Thomas went the extra mile by meeting at our place later after work hours, providing reference for conveyancers/ stylists, fielding all calls from prospective buyers and generally providing his advice for how to get the best price for our property. Selling at the bottom of the market (compared to the recent boom) we had to rationalise our expectations of the sale price that we would get for our property. However, by using Thomas we obtained a sale price that was well in excess of our expectations and reserve.
