I interviewed three agents and it was an excellent decision to work with Thomas. Thomas is energetic, professional and easy to talk to; a great communicator both face 2 face, by phone and email. A sincere and respectful listener Thomas gave me space and time to make decisions when I needed, and was energetically ‘on the case’ once they were made. Written communications from Thomas were always well considered, with the precision and attention to detail that is required. I felt well supported by and in sync with the team of people that Thomas connected me with - to best present my unit. It seems to me that Thomas has a genuine enjoyment of the energy, challenges, the deal making of working with the whole range of people in real estate. When I can see that the agent I am working with is knowledgeable, sincere and genuine - and has my best interests in mind - it is easy to be guided by strategies they recommend. We sold prior to auction and in todays somewhat volatile market Thomas achieve a price that I am more than happy with.
